2. Service Requests
• Services can be requested through our online contact form or by calling our customer service team.
• By submitting a service request, the client agrees to be contacted by MillanCleaning to receive a quote and schedule the service.


3. Quotation Policy
• Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. After this period, prices may be subject to change.
• The quote will be confirmed once all service details are agreed upon with the client.


4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
• MillanCleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, notifying the client as far in advance as possible.


5. Payment Policy
• Payment is due upon completion of the service or as previously agreed with the client.
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and payment platforms such as Zelle or PayPal. The payment method will be confirmed with the client before the service is performed.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee
• MillanCleaning guarantees client satisfaction with our services. If the client is not fully satisfied, we will work to correct any issues, either by repeating the service or adjusting the work within a reasonable time frame.
• No refunds will be offered unless the case is escalated to our corporate team.


7. Testimonials and Reviews

• Clients may leave reviews and comments about their experience with our services. These reviews may be published on our website or third-party platforms, provided they meet our standards of respect.
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove any comments containing inappropriate language, offensive content, or false information.

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide proper access to the property at the time of service. If access is restricted due to the client’s actions, MillanCleaning reserves the right to charge for the uncompleted service.
